  1. It’s as if our governments have increasingly passed vague laws that have to be decided by the courts.

They shouldn’t be making governmental decisions. They should be in malls, asking children what they want for Christmas.

  3. I have grown overly frustrated will all body’s of our government and justice system

Especially those appointed by the liberal government

  4. The Supreme Court has also increasingly been staffed by highly qualified judges who are also progressive activists. That’s been the case for a couple of decades but is certainly now

  5. Too many activist judges pushing their personal ideologies rather than being unbiased jurists.

**In truth, the courts should only rule on two things:**

    * Did the government have the authority to make this law? (was it part of its jurisdiction?)
    * Does the law infringes on core guaranteed freedoms including treaty rights? (is it constitutional?)

Anything else is en encroachment of the judicial into the co-equal branch of government, the executive and legislative branch.
