We need more of this. The Republicans refuse to take responsibility for this shutdown. They need to. They don’t have the votes to proceed on their own, they refuse to make any concessions to get Democratic votes, and they are unwilling to go nuclear. Everything is at a standstill.
So if that gets reflected in the real world, great. As long as the massive amount of suffering remains invisible they pay no penalty for it.

I think people may be overlooking fact that this administration may target ground stops at airports in blue states/cities regardless of staffing situation
