The problem with hiring incompetent people, is that even if there were any grounds to overturn this, his people are so incompetent that they couldn’t do it. They quite literally can’t fill out the paperwork correctly, much less make a coherent argument before a judge.

I’m convinced he wouldn’t come this without some knowledge that it will be “handled.” He has enough roaches around DC to ensure there’s some sort of loophole that will allow state charges to be transferred to federal review and the SC will overturn.
