The worst part is that this was not a mistake or accident. It was done with the intent of forcing an innocent man out of the country.

That scenario is the thing nightmares are made of — being in prison for something you did not do and no one will listen to you. Not being white-skinned is not a fucking crime. We, as a people, are better than this. At least I previously thought so. We’ve turned into the heartless villain in a *Bond* movie. It makes my heart bleed.

I’m ashamed of my government and the federal agents committing these atrocities.

My heart breaks for him and his family. I’m so sad this is happening to him and many others like him.

ICE is a reprehensible embarassment to all Americans.

    > They say he has a valid work visa and no criminal record. He’s lived in the U.S. for more than 30 years, working as a welder.

A welder without permanent residency would only qualify for a temporary visa like an H-2B, which is only good for up to 3 years. He isn’t here legally.

  6. Really feel for this guy and his family. It’s brave as shit to be protesting against this administration. Absolutely terrible situation and I hope for the best for him.

  7. We need to hold Nuremberg style trials to hold these pieces of shit accountable…if we ever even emerge from this hellhole of an administration. To do anything less is a gross miscarriage of justice.

  8. Maybe we should keep these centers open for ICE agents once the tables finally turn, and they will.

  9. I will say this every single chance I get. If you are an American citizen do not let ICE take you. Fight like he’ll and do what ever you need to do. They have absolutely no legal authority over you. Better to be judged by 12 or carried by 6 than be disappeared by ICE.

Well yeah, next time defend your family members, don’t let the terrorists take them to a second location.
