I don’t trust these things anymore. You shouldn’t either. This is just another tool the media uses to disenfranchise voters so they won’t turn out as much come time for voting, even if you give the benefit of the doubt that they may mean well and their intentions are pure, it IS a side effect on reporting favorable poll numbers. Human beings will do anything to avoid doing something out of convenience. If it were clutch and the reports said that they were, voters are going to stay home.
Take it for the interesting “gee whiz” that it is, but don’t take it for gospel. Learn from the Harris nonsense where this entire website was solidifying it as a guaranteed win and she got soundly defeated.

I don’t recall the “New Deal” Democrats fearmongering anywhere close to the levels like this when the “New Democrats”/”Third Way” Democrats like Clinton, Gore, and Lieberman pushed them out of the party in the late 80s/early 90s and made the party unquestionably worse, as well as the workers they betrayed.
Kind of interesting to watch these “New Democrats”, now old in both body and belief, throw a fit when they face irrelevancy from within their own party.
