  1. Lots of her voters in rural NW Georgia use the ACA for healthcare coverage. And they are complaining.

  2. frustrating2020 on

She’s making a lukewarm calculated bid to appeal to people so she can toss her name in the ring for VP in 2028.
Remember when she called Biden a liar about reps cutting social security and Medicare? Or he rant on Jewish lasers? Or her hassrment of a child who saw his classmates get killed at his school?

  3. They’ve been basically sabotaging it since it was passed in 2010…

Imagine if both parties accepted it was law, worked to make it work as it was intended, and made honest corrections to it where needed.

    SURPRISE! That’s their fucking job!

  4. It’s not some stupid niche bill. ACA credits are hugely important, life saving, to many people. People need access to a variety of doctors and specialists, not just snowball debt from ER visits.

  5. I don’t trust this woman at all and never will. But that being said, when your enemies turn on each other its best to just take a step back and let them destroy themselves.

  6. Her turning on the GOP like this directly reflects her constituents complaints. Shes getting bombarded.

Conservatives: do you believe that disgruntled Republicans exist ONLY in GA? I saw signs all down my street last year that said “Kamala = high prices, Trump = low prices”…you’ve seen these, no?

Let me tell you something – next year folks are going to be asking about this.

    What is your plan?

Greene’s working DOUBLE TIME to appear moderate when she’s up for re election in a year

  8. Guys let’s not be too quick to judge the Republican Party on this.

They’ve only had FIFTEEN YEARS to come up with a plan to replace the ACA.

  9. All we have heard over the years from Trump/MAGA was how much the affordable healthcare act sucked. Well, why not try to come up with something better. Sean Hannity on FOX News to this day is furious about it but as he’s a close friend and advisor to Trump what is his solution?

  10. People still dont know Obamacare is ACA. I feel like pointing this out because I assume shes in that boat.

Marjorie Taylor Green is a national treasure, it has always been that way

(Whoever downvoted this doesn’t know what the twilight zone is)

  12. They’ve had 15 years to come up with a better alternative. The fact they have nothing to propose other than gut it pretty much says it all.

It’s theatrical posturing; she wil go back to praising Trump and bashing liberals once the next check from Trump clears.

    She fighting for re-election, right?

Her constituents must be giving her hell. Good.

  15. I will believe her when she:

    A. Starts voting against the GOP position on literally anything.

    B. Offers up an actual plan instead of just bitching. This could literally be as simple as keep the subsidies in place until such plan is passed.

    She will do neither.

  16. Good for her for speaking the truth, but at the same time it rings hollow because:
This was ALWAYS the case, well before she even considered running for public office. Where was she pushing for healthcare reform from the start? She doesn’t *actually* care, is the thing. She’s simply playing politics, but right now the politics she’s playing is also just the straight up truth of the matter.

At the end of the day, she has not even the faintest idea of what to do about the issue and she’s throwing her party under the bus for it, but she should have always been aware of this.
