There’s so many High Court cases in responses to legislation that have risen in the last month which will unfold in 2026

    – Reddit vs The Commonwealth of Australia

    – Palestine Action Group vs The State of New South Wales

    – Digital Freedom vs The Commonwealth of Australia

    – McDonald Firearms Law vs The State of New South Wales

  2. It should absolutely challenged, Its full of absolute holes and disinformation.

They claim it’ll protect the community but they are only removing [30,000 firearms from 500 individual license holders](https://archive.md/AkJZT) which doesn’t account for the licensed firearm owner community growing which would also lead to people expanding to other Disciplines like handguns as if they already have to go the club, why not do your Cat H too. We also have to consider that the overall licensed firearm owner community is growing as courses are booked out until March so this has massively backfired even before any challenges have occurred.

Just to make it clear, There are changes that should absolutely stay but they are all relevant to Licensing not punishing legal firearm owners like the current rendition of the knee jerk laws have presented.
