  1. Beef emission: 60 kgCO2eq/kg (between 25 and 100). 
    Chicken emission: 3.5 kgCO2eq/kg (between 2 and 6).
    Using 30kg/year it makes: 1.8T kgCO2eq for beef and 105 kgCO2eq for chicken. [this is a LOT of meat]. 

    Comparison: 
    Paris – New York flight: ~2T of kgCO2eq. 
    New York – Hawaï: ~2T kgCO2eq.

    So, yeah, stop eating beef, and flying. Eat as much chicken you want though.
