While MI5 needs to be redirected, it’s not going to care what law govern it, it’s going to simply not get caught breaking them… Which is what spies are trained to do, break the law and not get caught, or get others to break it for you, so they get caught.

Well with the current wording of the bill… it’s no surprise much of it doesn’t apply to MI5. Most of the bill is about putting statutory duties on public servants to tell the truth.
