If I’m not mistaken, defamation only applies if the statements are untrue. If they are untrue, then for once ever I support Dutton’s stance. If they are true, he is just a whinger who can’t cop criticism.
I don’t know what to think without knowing the facts and reading the report because I wouldn’t put it past the LNP to write a report based on fabricated allegations placing blame on the character and behaviour of someone not currently in parliament.
But it’s just as likely that Dutton is a baby.
