Journalists need to grow some juevos already.
There is no *could* in this estimation. Leaving them vulnerable is the entire fucking point – as in keeping with the John Birch Society’s, and now the Heritage Foundations central thesis that the federal government has no mandate or purview to protect the public or promote the general welfare over the interests of private parties and corporations.
