There is currently a deal that will enable kurds to rule kurdish majority areas and SDF will be dismantled, their fighters will individually join Syrian army but many SDF fighters did not retreat to Ayn Al Arab, Qamishli and since their command is saying they are abiding by the agreement. They are unable to put a real fight.
