
I can actually understand why some Australians walk barefoot in the streets. I tried walking outside without shoes, and honestly, I felt a strange sense of balance. Especially since I’m currently dealing with weakness in the muscles around my knee, walking barefoot felt oddly relieving.
I don’t know if there’s a real connection or not, but it genuinely felt better. Of course, I still need to go back to the gym and strengthen my muscles, there’s no substitute for that.
