bee, hornet wasp, spider.
all the same.. clean the wound, eg remove syingers, put chlorhexidine antiseptic on twice a day if the wound is open, and watch for it to cease swelling after 3 days .. and not turn bright red or anything unusual .. and not turn into an ucler .
if it turns ulcer or boil , then antibiotics, which work 99.9% of the time

The reason is an infection. Go get it checked and get some antibiotics

Could be anything – assassin bug bites can be nasty and last a few days.
If it spreads and starts getting redder you might need to see a doctor and get antibiotics.

You will be okay mate , take a bunch of antihistamines and if it doesnt get better overnight go to a doctor or hospital.

draw a dotted line around the outside of the redness, if it keeps spreading then you need to see a gp, urgent care or ed if you think it needs that
