During the reconnaissance of the central part of Kupyansk, a group of the 3rd detachment of the 8th Special Operations Battalion detected a group of Russian occupiers who were holding positions in a destroyed ATB supermarket and a nearby building. (Around December 2025)

As a result of the direct actions carried out by the Special Operations Forces operators, two enemy servicemen were eliminated and two others were taken prisoner.
