I read the whole article and still don’t understand WTF “Block exports” means. To me that means basically a naval blockade. You can’t block a countries exports without basically declaring war on them. Yea, good luck with that.
What they probably meant was blocking Aus **imports** into China. That would make a lot more sense.
Whoever leased them the port should be on trial for possible treason.
