Given they were polling at 1% last year for the upper house, and that their federal counterparts recent dramas, I doubt they are going to win a seat.

    >The Nationals currently have no representatives in state parliament.

All that needs to be said, really. The Nationals are a non-entity in South Australia.

  3. Who knew that Knee jerk firearm laws that put Gel blasters and nerf guns as actual firearms wouldn’t be very supportive, We have some of the strongest firearm laws in the world and yet Enforcement constantly fails so instead of punishing licensed firearm owners like NSW, WA and now the federal government has done we should look at increasing the pressure on state police forces to explain why they continually have chronically understaffed firearm departments.

Well other than that it seems like a relatively reasonable platform for regional South Australians, seems like they’ve taken some inspiration from Brendon Grylls’ Nationals WA

Another reason to completely annihilate the fossil fuel mining party – AKA the nationals. We can add it to their rampant fossil fuel support.
