Why aren’t we calling these e-motorcycles rather than continuing to mislead that this was caused by a legal electric pedal assisted cycle.

Legal pedal assist ebikes don’t have pillions, motorbikes do.
As an ebike user I really wish the media would stop conflating illegal e motorbikes with legal pedelecs.

How awful. Of course this was going to happen. We’ll see more and more accident until some sort of legislation kicks in. People who use e-bikes have such little regard for pedestrians and red lights.
