This shooting has caused irreparable harm to an entire town and will bring a lot of heat to a portion of society that already deals with so much undeserved crap.
Just an unbelievably selfish act that will further divide Canadians.

An 18 year old male with a history of mental health problems involving police, including some with weapons.
Who could’ve seen this coming?

The main question I have is how was a mentally unwell person allowed to live in a house with free access to guns? Is there a gap in legislation, where gun owners should be required to keep firearms locked up or abandon them if a member of the household has mental health issues or is not allowed to own guns for other reasons?

I appreciate the headline does not have the name of the shooter, though sad that the tag line does.
Remember those that were killed, forget those that do the killing. Don’t let their name live in infamy
