I’m an independent inventor based in the USA. I’ve developed a synthesis process that uses ash (like the wood ash from our local timber/biomass industries) and water to create high-grade liquid hydrocarbons.

Why this matters:

Most 'Gas-to-Liquid' tech relies on expensive methane/fracking, or coal. My method is methane-free, safer for transport, and turns a local waste into a fuel asset. This could make the cheapest gasoline ever.

Where I’m at:

I successfully secured my USPTO priority date on Jan 29, 2026. I am currently in the queue for the California Lawyers for the Arts (CLA) Patent Pro Bono program and other Pro Bono patent programs like the ASU Patent Clinic.

The Goal:

I’ve launched Humboldt AshForge to raise $1,500 for the mandatory Micro Entity filing fees and professional engineering diagrams required for the non-provisional patent.

To protect the licensing value, I can’t post the full chemical 'recipe' here, but the tech is fully documented with the federal government. I’m also reaching out to the Schatz Energy Research Center to keep this innovation moving forward.
