Trucks are falling into huge potholes on the road in the Petrovsky district of Donetsk.

The drivers can't get out on their own — the vehicles have to be pulled out. Several trucks and two minibuses have fallen into the trap in the past few weeks. The route is popular — it leads to the DKAD, so people are not in a hurry to give it up. And the officials are not rushing to repair it.

People in chat rooms advise to take a detour through the private sector, but there are two nuances there: it's too far and there are also potholes, albeit not as grandiose.

I mean, have you seen the roads in Russia. Roads is not how Putin spends Russians money.

  2. Any repair vehicles and crews sent out to make the road drivable would be sitting ducks for Ukrainian drones and artillery/missiles.
