    That is just their way of disclosing you are paying 20%+ more by weight for pork because they soaked it in salty water to bulk it up before packing. This is no longer “pork” so they can not sell it as pork chops, they have to add the Succulent part or they get in trouble with everyone selling unadulterated pork chops. Give these a good judo kick and grab something decent from the butcher if you can afford to.
