He then goes on to say that we basically dont need IRANs oil and that we’re the largest producer of oil outside of iran. But we do it to support our allies
So no he wasnt admitting we shoudlnt be there. He was basically saying that the biggest benefiter of this action will be NATO countries so they should support.
I always feel like i have to click through and see the clip because titles like this just have people running with it without getting the full context. We know how trump talks. This wasnt a slip or a hint at anything he was pretty clear on his message and intent
