We should have been manufacturing these and introducing them to frontline air defence units from 2022. We’ve been learning from the war in Ukraine yet no western country has introducing self propelled air defence guns to service….why. why are we still so slow to adapt to new threats.

We really need to push the SHORAD variants of US APCs out asap. We have had 4 years of observing drone warfare and no system widely implemented.
Marines already have their JTLV MIDAS system. We have a bunch of Bradley and Stryker chassis that could easily accept a system.
