> In the end, drones piloted by the 1st Battalion of the 414th Brigade, “Madyar Birds,” came to the aid of the enemy pilots and completed the “worm trip.”
PS: This is the second time the crew of the 59th Brigade has shot down a helicopter. They should be nominated for an award. The value of pilots like these cannot be overstated.

The pace of how drone warfare is evolving is honestly terrifying. Like, it’s crazy how something this small can take down something like a Ka-52 now.

I wonder how many points the drone pilots will be awarded for this feat! Incredible.

The Russians always send recover forces to pick up downed pilots. Time to ambush the recovery force.

Must have been an intense rollercoaster of emotions for those Russian pilots. The massive relief and excitement of surviving a drone strike and crash landing, followed immediately by the realization that they were in the middle of a huge field and the juiciest targets on the battlefield that every drone unit in range would be targeting, knowing they were now sitting ducks and it just being a matter of time until more buzzing drones came to finish them off.

Ok whats the worse way to go, survive a short drop like these pilots, only to find oneself in an open field next to a huge smoke signal….OR

Today in Donetsk, the pilots of the “Baltika” crew from the 1st BAPS “High Altitude Predators” of the 59th OSHBR BAPS managed to shoot down a Russian Ka-52 “Alligator” helicopter with a fiber-optic FPV drone.
The enemy aircraft was hit over the village of Kotlyarivka, after which it flew a little more than 4 km and fell in a field near the village of Nadiivka.
The moment of the FPV hit on the Ka-52 was filmed by the pilots of the 1st battalion of the 414th OBRAPS “Hungarian Birds”, and they also subsequently destroyed two members of its crew with FPV drones, who managed to survive after an emergency landing.
It’s worth noting that this is the second enemy helicopter shot down by the “Baltika” crew using an FPV drone. Last time, on September 29, 2025, an Mi-8 was shot down, also in the Nadiivka area.
