  1. It’s so strange. The USA and Israel are (again!) bombing the shit out of everybody there. If they had not started this war, the strait would still be open. But nobody dares call them out 🙁

Not sure what outcome is expected of this after killing their leader and leaving the successor without a family

If russian and Chinese ships and oil tankers trade with Venezuela, cuba, iran, Palestine, yemen etc, will the same law apply?

Iran initially signed, but never actually ratified the UNCLOS treaty. They even labeled themselves “persistent objectors” to it, whatever that means. They haven’t been collecting any transit fees ever since UNCLOS in 1994, but they have reserved that right.

  5. All these statements appealing to international law to protect the strait while Iran has been under bombardment for three weeks is wild.

Guys, I’m pretty sure they don’t care about the law. You may have noticed some clues like sponsoring international terror for 40 years, and killing their own people for protesting or not wearing religious clothing.

  6. Oh, international law, eh? In a war between three nations that are all notorious for ignoring what the international community says and does, I’m sure this will mean absolutely nothing.

  7. I would think bombing a sovereign nation when there has not been a declaration of war also violates international law…but then again, I’m no lawyer.

So what does international law have to say about warmongering on UN member states without UN authorization?

Countries sovereignty guaranteed by law. It is illegal to attack another country

  10. The USA has been the International law enforcement. Without enforcement, laws are not real. The world has reverted to the law of the jungle. In this new world order every country needs nukes and the will to use them, or they become a puppet of a country that does. Many countries that have declared independence in the last 80 some years have done so with the blessing or encouragement of usa to weaken another country.

  11. Lmfao! Wasn’t starting the war itself a violation of ‘International law’? Send Trump a letter too, you buffoons.

  12. Is it also enshrined in law that a sovereign country shall not be bombed belligerently? lol

Iran: take your international law, crumple it up, and shove it so far up your ass even your own hypocrisy can’t pretend it’s there.

  14. Freedom of movement is also enshrined in international law and yet MAGA insist on sending people to far off gulags for overstaying a visa or applying for asylum

  15. If half the countries in the world only follow international law when it suits them, if the ICJ only applies to African or Serbian warlords when so many bigger fish are still alive, leads the Board of Peace and are globally respected, whats the point?

  16. “please die for the economy”

Yeah sure I’m positive they’ll get right on that.

  17. Look at these morons thinking anyone cares what they think. We get it guys you have gas. You need bombs to have a seat at the table.
