    They are really taking this “let’s move further to the right” thing quite seriously. I guess they can’t be wheeling Johnny Howard out for his annual soundbite for this one.

    Tuckerman represents a rural electorate, where there is likely to be more opposition than the median to gun laws. Preston represents the fringe semi-rural Hawkesbury region, which is still probably more suburban in its mindset, and not really a hotspot for pro-gun thinking.

    Davies is a cooker MP, and though there’d be little pro-gun sentiment in her electorate, she’s probably the furthest right in the NSW Liberal Party.
