This is either a cult, or some fossil fuel industry propaganda to tarnish the green new deal’s reputation among supporters.
I say it is a cult based on statements like this:

It sounds someone was high on drugs
I say it is propoganda by the fossil fuel industry because the document goes on to attack renewable energy like solar and wind, and make common fossil fuel propaganda statements like saying that renewables need fossil fuels and can’t do without them
