France has just largely broken its electricity export record for the year 2024.
FRANCE exported a net balance of 89 TWh of electricity to its neighbors.
The previous record, which dates back to 2002, was 77 TWh.
exports in 2023 reached 50.1 TWh. Which was already more than enough to be the leading exporter in Europe.
