
There’s a lot of research where using today’s LED lights which are mainly blue light causes your mitochondria to slow down. The older bulbs are less energy efficient but it has a wider spectrum which includes near infrared and infrared. Using LEDs have benefits of helping climate change. But it can lead to more metabolic diseases.

you are reading the “research” wrong.
led’s are not bad in themselfs, shitty leds with poor CRI indexes are bad. not because they got low CRI but because the color temperature is too high and has too much blue. the more blue the light is the more lumens it can make cheaply. more lumens sell better. that the light quality is shit is secondary. dont blame capitalism on the technology.
there is absolutly nothing stopping you from buying 90+CRI leds with a decently low color temperature.
