Pipe dream. There is zero reason for India and China to stop buying Russian oil when Russia offers energy for bargain prices. Tariffs and sanctions also doesn’t work – India doubled down on buying Russian oil and Trump practically had to beg China after April’s “liberation day” stupidity.
Coming from countries that didn’t say anything (or even cheered) when the Pakistani-Indian conflict flared up, and until this day actively antagonizes China in the Taiwan Strait. This is rich. Europe’s problems are not the world’s problems 🤷♀️
