Never doubt it. The fossil subsidies alone were always higher than renewable subsidies. Now CCS on top, what would change? Only the amount of money spent gets higher.

This seems a little deceptive, we don’t need carbon capture to handle CO2 from energy production, but to deal with all the industries that are far harder to decarbonise.
You know like switching from gas to renewables for energy production is fairly easy, while finding an entirely new zero carbon building material to replace concrete significantly less so.
