He’s had dementia for a long time. In 2018 he kept asking his staff if China had a hurricane gun.
Like all dementia, i am sure he has his good days and his bad days with more and more bad days over a period of time. Its only a matter of time before they will need to put a faux pageant dressing room door somewhere in the white house to coral him when he gets away.

I said, well, I want to know because I guarantee you one thing, I don’t care what happens. I’m staying with the electric, I’m not getting over with it. So I tell that story. And the fake news they go, he told this crazy story with electric. It’s actually not crazy.

Among everything else, the recent Portland fiasco is particularly alarming to me. He apparently made his decision to deploy US troops to occupy a US city based on cherry-picked videos from the George Floyd protests, and has no clue what is actually going on in the US beyond what his handlers are spoon-feeding him.
He is not in charge. He is mentally unfit to be in charge.
