  1. I mean he fell for a MS13 tattoo photoshop overlay. You could probably confuse him with some MS Paint work.

He doesn’t stand a chance against AI.

Of course he did. All you have to do to fool him is tell him how smart and powerful he is. He is a complete buffoon.

  3. “Duped.” Like he isn’t a willing participant and instigator of lies and misinformation. Such horseshit media framing.

It would be the funniest thing ever if someone convinced him that aliens (the space kind) invaded the country and he started tweeting about it until one of his handlers took away his twitter device.

Or just show him the movie Independence Day, with the scene where aliens blow up the White House, while he’s on AF1.

  5. Let me get this straight. The president of the United States spread a fake news story (meaning the news story wasn’t even a real event that was filmed and aired) featuring an AI version of himself announcing medical treatments that don’t exist. He then deleted it and everyone is moving on like this never happened.

The standard democrats are held to vs republicans has never been starker.

  6. Seriously, who *hasn’t* Trump been duped by?

He is one of the stupidest people on this planet. Not just by nature, but also on purpose.

  7. Did he or should we really be asking, how *often is he being* duped?

He is a clear puppet of those around him. He is a useful idiot for Russia and Project 25. Those two entities throw money and watch him dance.

These last couple moments of clarity are a fascinating look at a senior citizen realizing something isn’t normal about themselves.

For Trump to realize he’s being fooled he’d require the ability to have self reflection.

Nothing has said he has that.

  9. You can, pretty much, stop that sentence at “Did Donald Trump get duped by:” and the answer will be “yes”.

  10. People should keep making fake Fox News content and post it to social media for Trump’s viewing pleasure.

  11. Yesterday, Oregon’s governor (a “nice lady,” Trump said) told Trump that absolutely nothing  was happening outside of Portland’s federal courthouse and that Trump may have been shown some footage from protests in 2020. (Which sometimes looked chaotic but were mostly peaceful; Fox kept replaying scenes of one single trash can that had burning paper in it, and dramatic smoky scenes with teargas *released by the feds*.)

At that point Trump may have had a vague flicker of recognition that his handlers are lying to him. (Maybe in this case Pete “Drunk” Hegseth, who’s just itching to deploy troops somewhere, anywhere.)

Can’t they just give him a phone that he THINKS is posting? We have to preserve all this shit.

He’s 80 and only gets his news from Truth Social and Fox News

So yeah, he’s going to fall for mistruths.

  14. He a fucking boomer. Every dumbass boomer believes everything they’re told to believe on the internet and they disbelieve everything they’re told is fake. They literally have zero critical thinking or common sense skills when it comes to internet imagery.

Trump probably spouts insane lies & conspiracy theories in the oval office and  when his sycophantic cabinet  members pull their heads out of his fat orange ass, they tell him how great and wonderful his shit tastes.

  16. It’s the dementia. He has lost any critical thinking ability (if he ever had any to begin with-very doubtful). His father had Alzheimer’s. It runs in families-first degree relatives.

  17. To be fair, so is my mom. I just got a lovely video sent my way by “Pope Leo” delivering a sermon about Charlie Kirk’s death and the end days. It took 2 seconds for me to recognize this was fake, another 5 seconds to confirm it, and then I sent her a link to the news article discussing the rampant deepfake vids featuring the Pope. Her response? “Ok.” This shit is out of control, and people who can’t spot it (or don’t want to) won’t see it. It’s really sad, honestly, and I don’t know what else to do. I miss my mom.

  18. “Perhaps most bizarrely, Trump seems to understand the perils of his media diet. Evan Watson of Portland’s KGW8 [reported](https://www.kgw.com/article/news/local/trump-seems-to-back-off-portland-military-plan/283-e9c6bdfb-92d6-4881-bb74-09bb325a5270) that the president told NBC News’ Yamiche Alcindor during a Sunday interview that pushback from Oregon’s governor on his troop deployment caused him to briefly question things. “I spoke to the governor, she was very nice,” Trump said. “But I said, ‘Well wait a minute, am I watching things on television that are different from what’s happening? My people tell me different.’ They are literally attacking and there are fires all over the place…it looks like terrible.””
