This judge put together an emergency hearing regarding the California National Guard deployment to Oregon. Minutes before it was about to start, it was announced that Hegeseth was requesting the Texas National Guard to be deployed there as well. Thankfully, the judge was notified of this before the hearing began and issued this new order.

It’s saying the federal government now recognizes any resistance as treason. Your local sheriff’s and cops are literally going to be asked to kill citizens for resisting an illegal order or kill national guard members for following illegal orders. Pick one.

Orders and laws are routinely ignored by this administration. This is a nice effort, but we need real action. Indict and arrest all these fuckers breaking these orders and actually hold people accountable.

First Trump tried to federalize the Oregon national guard, but was told by a Judge that he couldn’t as there was no emergency in Portland. Then he tried to bring in a different states national guard, and was told he couldn’t because there was no emergency. I’m guessing next he will send in Marines to address the non-existent emergency, and will be told “no.”
