When youre short, ugly, and bald so you become a Nazi to make yourself “superior”

There’s truth in using humor to deflate authoritarian energy… But you’ve gotta be careful not to look like the bully yourself.

    MORE OF THIS, please.

    EDIT:

Wow – there is a really weird backlash here to my comments. Lots of bootlickers all of a sudden. I wonder why.

Normally, I don’t think it’s charitable the ridicule a person for things they can’t control – like height or baldness.

    *Normally . . .*

Anyway, here’s a throwback to when [Colbert mocked Miller for appearing on Face the Nation with spray-painted hair.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lN6ZvcqnaNg)

Fascists are deeply insecure and thrive on people feeling afraid of them, they’re like the clown from It, laugh at them and take away that power.

We need to treat them like the unqualified clowns they are, laugh at them, don’t comply in advance, we need to drop the civility politics with people who don’t see their fellow citizens as humans with rights worth respecting.

Honestly KEEP IT UP. The left has tried reason. The left has tried Tolerance. The left tried kindness. None of these work. So we’re down to insulting them (like they do all the time) or physical violence to deal with these zombies.

  7. Ah someone who finally gets it. Its not about overtly acting outraged all the time, its about making fun of maga for being weak. They are literally afraid of everything. People that are too scared to walk in city are not strong enough to be leaders. Just saying.

  8. Remember when MAGA men tried to convince each other that AOC was not smoking hot.

Yeah nobody was buying that 🤭

The only reason Steven Miller got into politics is because his hands are too weak to strangle prostitutes.

  10. Good. Mockery and humor are a sure fire way to disarm wannabe strong men. More importantly, it pisses them off and makes them prone to more mistakes which in turn, can turn even more people against their agenda. Keep it up!

Laugh at Nazis. Because if you try to argue they shift goal posts, big you start the violence the media will attack you (but won’t attack the Nazis when they start violence, it’s a double standard that takes the media complicity with fascism)

Unfortunately, fascists rely on fear. It makes them feel more powerful. The only thing proven to stop fascist bigots are pew pews and ridicule. Ridicule is the peaceful option.

  13. Jon Stewart said Mitch M didn’t mind being hated. What he really hated was to be laughed at. You can tell trump hates it too. I’m betting all those #=^*£¥s hate it too so laugh in their faces.

I’d like to see troll videos of Dems strolling through “ravaged” blue cities, basking in the sun, sipping wine, eating lunch al fresco and absolutely dragging their weak counterparts for being afraid of diverse cities and flavorful food.

When insecure, MAGA incel guys start Laying Down The Law and acting tough, it’s nearly always because they have small pee-pee’s.

  16. She’s 1000% correct. Like 60% of conservatism is men peer pressuring other men into social ideas in order to not be mocked

  17. tresslesswhey on

They’re submissive little sheep to the whiniest man on the planet. They should be made fun of. It’s really easy to

  18. Brave-Silver8736 on

“insecure masculinity” is so much more on the nose than “toxic masculinity,” omg.

  19. Just start calling testosterone replacement therapy “gender affirming care” which isn’t even a lie because for middle age and older guys that’s exactly what it is.

  20. fascists cannot withstand mockery, period. so mocking them is EXACTLY what we should be doing.

    >AOC Mocks ‘Short Troll’ Stephen Miller

Miller is going to blow an aneurysm over this. AOC will go to prison for murder.

  22. You mean those guys who dress up in camouflage and go to Macdonald’s with AR-15s? How can anybody laugh at such badassery?

  23. Given this party’s control over Paramount’s mergers, you could paint this dude blue and have him star in “MAGAMind in 3D!”

  24. She didn’t diagnose them with anything. It’s been clear as day to anyone who isn’t massively insecure in their masculinity that MAGA guys are compensating for something for years. It’s just well known fact among large segments of the population.

  25. paradoxpancake on

    She’s right.

These people operate with their base on the perception of “machismo” and strength. The MAGA base (or most of it anyway) does not care about hypocrisy in the same way that moderates and liberals do. It’s not hypocrisy to them if they’re doing something to an “out group”. It only matters when something happens to them and their “in group”. So you don’t call out hypocrisy to them, because they delight in that.

Instead, you focus on their insecurities. You make them look weak to their base, you mock them, you call them out, you question their fragile masculinity. This is why Tim Walz calling them “weird” got under their skin so utterly immensely and they had no counter for it. They even tried hijacking “weird” like they try hijacking everything else that works against them. It backfired spectacularly there too, because people kept calling that “weird” as well. Whoever on Harris’ team told Walz to stop it is one of the biggest consultant idiots I think I’ve ever heard of in my life because they struck gold with it.

The more fragile and weak you make them look to their base, the more likely they are to abandon them. And yes, I am aware that this sort of politics is not the most popular with moderates, but that is where we are as a nation. We’ve allowed the Overton window to shift too far to the right where we have fascist sympathizers courting moderate opinion, so we can’t really afford to keep playing nice while every rule is being broken by the far-right. Civility started going out of the window with Rush Limbaugh and Newt Gingrich in the 90s.
