  1. Every time I think politics can’t get more sus, they prove me wrong. 🙄 Avoiding a vote by scheduling issues’ is the new ‘dog ate my homework.

    “Suspicious?”

    How about “blatantly obvious.”

It’s cute how he just expects people to believe his obvious lies, because trust me bro. He must’ve picked up that strategy in church.

C’mon Democrats, we’ve already been through this with McConnell. Grow a spine already…we the people got you.

  5. You would think it was impossible for somebody to join one’s hate of Stephen Miller and Donald Trump coming in from a wildly different direction but Johnson’s complete subservience to even remotely do his job is one of the most infuriating examples of a misuse of power that has driven up this madness. He is 100% Mitch McConnell’s successor and I am infuriated seeing the doppelganger.

  6. Prediction: they’re delaying this long enough to invoke the insurrection act and successfully deploy a large number of troops against US citizens, at which point they’ll call some members of Congress terrorists and round them up.

Fuck headlines like this, this is a massive part of the modern downfall of the United States. The republicans are circumventing the will of the people, and democracy, yet their party has never shut up about “States rights”, well a state voted, the results are in, and the people have spoken. Their is nothing suspicious. This is criminal. This language is normalizing republicans treasonous actions to our nation. Why is corporate media soft balling our decent into facism. This article is a fucking joke!

    Is “suspicious” the new “misleading”?

There’s nothing suspicious about what he’s doing, we all know exactly what’s going on. He is blatantly stopping a duly elected Representative from being sworn in so he can further delay the release of the Epstein files.

I have a question. Do the Democrats have any kind of “nuclear option” card that could be played at some point?

As far as I can tell no one can do anything to stop this administration at any level, at least not anything within the rule of law as we understand it. If this escalates to the point where it’s an absolute powder keg waiting to blow (which you could argue it already is), is there any kind of “fail safe” key that can be turned?

I don’t even truly know what I’m asking, and anything of this nature would surely cause massive collateral damage. I’m just wondering what the play is here because our nation is literally crumbling before our eyes.

Also the nuclear option may very well lie with the citizens and not the government, but I have no idea what that looks like either.

The use of the word “Suspicious” implies that there is intelligent subterfuge going on.

There isn’t, it’s dumb and right out there in the open.

Johnson can’t even muster a decent lie to cover this bullshit. He looks like every kid that has told a lie and gotten caught.

Also, he’s a gay Republican from Louisiana. That juxtaposition alone is all kinds of stupid.
