Have you ever seen the clip of Kristi trying to define “habeas corpus?” She doesn’t have a clue what it means and makes up some BS. She gets called out on it too.
“During the hearing, Senator Maggie Hassan said the government is “actively trying to suspend” the protected constitutional right, and went on to ask Noem what it means. Noem replied, saying that it allows the president to remove people from the US.
