  1. “Don’t worry mr President, you won’t have to steal the election. We’ll take care of it for you.”

    Conservative justices in unison

  2. Even if it isn’t in time for 2026, it will for sure be for 2028 and beyond.

Dem having the house majority for 2 years, won’t matter.

  3. I don’t know how, but I hope this somehow blows up in their faces.

Maybe White Democratic “Centrist” Politicians or Republican Politicians who don’t have bruised knees will come out and appeal to the people more than just those leaning on fealty to Drump and no real campaign promises beyond hate for trans people.

If we can get a new wave of sane politicians and take the Senate, we might still be able to fix this.

If they ever swear in Grijalva (sp), and Drump’s reputation is damaged further than he already does daily, the chance that people would gravitate towards Non-Maga politicians increases.

    I’m dreaming, yes.

I doubt the 2026 election will be for the simple fact that the ruling won’t come until sometime mid next year. But make no mistake about it, a hardcore ruling here will have us staring down a one party state.

  5. This is not going to bode well. Eventually blue states will gerrymander the living fuck outta themselves out of necessity. Leading to complete breakdown of honest representation

it’s already decided and nothing can stop them from doing it actually… Trump tested how far he can go and it’s seems there are no limits 🙂

Well we had our last free and fair election. Typical GOP to make accusations against the democrats only to make the come true for themselves. Every accusation is a confession.

  8. Yep. It would be awfully difficult for the Democrats to win the House in nearly all scenarios if this goes through.

  9. 6-3 goes against black people in Louisiana from getting congressional representation.
    Then throughout the US.
“If you ain’t white – you ain’t right”
    The GOPs slogan.

  10. No, it’s not.

The maps make it more difficult, but it still relies on Republicans coming out to vote and non Republicans staying home.

A little more difficult doesn’t mean it’s over, especially as some maga are showing signs of being demoralized. You go out and vote before anything is decided.

Im really sick of the “it’s over” narrative. We should still be fighting it where we can, but it’s far from over or decided

American states need to come to terms with the fact that it may be time to go their separate ways and start seeing other people

Allowing the Supreme Court to decide the 2000 election is where this bullshit should have been addressed and stopped.

  13. Hey, give them a break. It ain’t easy working so hard to build a one-party ethno-nationlist theocracy from an unelected position of power.

That orange shit stain literally said before the election that US citizens won’t have to vote in the future. And now people are all shocked that it may actually happen.

That steaming pile of orange disease, has the amazing ability of being able to lie and to tell the truth at the same time.

We all know what their decision will be.

What I want to know is what is the point of voting. Make no mistake, I still will do my civic duty, but if the conclusion is forgone, then what are any of us doing anymore?

Our Democracy is over. I’m tired of left wing media pretending that our legal system and voting and democracy will fix this, just stop. Fascism has never been defeated at the ballot box, or through legal challenges. We have limited options at this point; endure it, fight it (literally), or leave.

  17. Totally don’t support this court, but aren’t they set to rule in the summer of 2026, after this year’s November election?
