Forget questioning illegal orders, you should be questioning drunk military leaders in general.

  2. One of the few people with a lick of sense and the balls to do something. After the Fascist Military meeting with all the high level generals, none of them walked out, which was a really bad sign. But people on this sub were like, yeah they should keep their heads down and not rock the boat. You can go back to those posts check the comments. Doing that is how fascism grows.

What’s happening to America is the doing of Americans. The culture has become a combination of pro-fascists and keyboard warriors that are hoping it goes away.

It is like until now we have one out of the entire military (2M people), that explains a lot

  4. Colonel Kruman says Trump turned the military into a joke, and that’s not hyperbole. When your commander-in-chief dabbles in conspiracy theories and undermines leadership, your troops suffer.

I’m a retired veteran that retired during Trump’s first shitshow. This guy continued to work for a fucking pedophile and now has the balls to bitching moan about quitting because of a unqualified White supremacist.

Great, he just made room for some Nazi piece of shit MAGA colonel to take his place… we need the good guys to stay in the military to at least try to keep it in check from the inside.

These guys should not be resigning!!!! They need to stay at their posts and stay strong. If they all resign then there will be nothing but loyalists in charge and then we’re extra screwed!

It’s a catch 22 for soldiers. They can refuse an illegal order but it’s not up to them to determine the legality of an order. That’s always left up to the courts after the fact. With the state of the Supreme Court, it’s hard to imagine they’d deem any orders coming from the Trump admin as “illegal”
