Or, the far more likely one: He’s a liar. And he knows just saying “Dunno” is easier than trying to come up with justification for the unjustifiable.

Obviously. He isn’t some mastermind, he is the guy they picked to blindly defend whatever actual decisionmakers do in exchange for a fancy office and title.

Why do journalists let him maintain this fiction? Why do they let him make them look stupid? I again ask, what the *fuck* goes on in journalism school?!?!

Why do they allow this ugly child to be their Speaker? Do they think we’ll mistake him for Stephen Colbert?

Gee, it sure would be nice to have a president and administration that were aware of what is going on in the country and actually cared about improving the lives of we the people.

Obviously he is lying but there’s a point where even if he wasn’t, “not knowing” becomes criminal negligence or dereliction of duty anyway.

When their policies and practices are completely indefensible, they play stupid and STFU. See: Miller immediately after declaring the president has planery power live on TV.

It’s literally part of his job to know this stuff, maybe not exact numbers a the drop of a hat, but generally informed. I HATE that they constantly dodge questions by saying they haven’t done their job. No one ever follows up with, “Isn’t it your job to know that?”, “Why aren’t you up to date on that information?”

Pretty simple to understand what’s going on. In June democrats said the presidents bill was terrible and instead of working with them to create a bipartisan bill republicans just rammed through their budget. Now democrats are meeting republicans “halfway” by requesting one minor change so millions of people don’t die from lack of healthcare, and republicans are refusing to make that one change to the budget. Basically democrats have given a mile, and republicans refuse to give an inch.

Is there anyway to force a vote of no confidence to remove him? Or would Johnson have to open Congress for that to happen? If the latter, that seems like a huge blunder in process and proceedings

Johnson knows that there are some documents held by the DOJ and FBI that are very incriminating in a pedophile way of his object of worship and obeisance. And he knows his job is prevent them from being released. He knows this is job 1.
His religions is a farce. Literally no good person wants be like him. He is liar, hypocrite and constant source of *aw shucks* deceit.
