  1. Don’t think this will work in this case, but Trump putting his thumb on the scale will further sink the bullshit cases his DOJ has prosecuted against his ‘enemies’ like Leticia James, Comey and Bolton.

Well, how could you find an impartial jury when the literal president is yelling “HE’S GUILTY” and ruining your potential for an unbiased trial?

  3. Yes, now throw our everything else Trump has done on those very same grounds… or anything, just throw out everything’s he’s done and him along with it.

The police made a number of errors that should eliminate the use of a good deal of incriminating evidence. And the prosecution, from the Bane-esque perp walk to the tweets of the President, call much of this into question. His lawyers are right to ask these questions and it also increases their chances of finding a sympathetic jury. The Trump regime’s fear from the start has been this leading to more like Luigi. Oddly enough, using someone as a political pawn in such a manner actually makes that more likely, not less.

  5. Dude did it. No doubt. However – Terrorism charges and death penalty are absurd. He did the world a favor in some ways if only to draw attention to how supremely fucked our health care system is. Dont paint him as a hero, but just treat it like any other murder case and stop trying to make an example just because the elite are shaking in their shit stained boots.

  6. At this point with the sheer publicity his case has reached, I imagine it’s functionally impossible to give him a fair trial. You can’t find a jury who hasn’t already heard so much about him as to have formed their opinions already.

The media, and the government have already poisoned the well for this trial. The only fair thing to do is throw it out.

Of course they’ll fight like hell to not do that, but then they also have to contend with a true and total breakdown of the public’s belief in due process for anyone.

    What a shit show

  7. I’ve never personally witnessed this man do anything wrong or commit any crime…so he must be innocent.

    No other explanation.
