  1. About 2 weeks ago, Trump said Ukraine would not give anything to Putin. Putin was a bad, bad dude….Now Zelenskyy has to give up land.  Trump demanded that Zelensky surrender the entire Donbas region to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Here’s why Trump changed his tune…Trump wrote Putin congratulated him on the “Great Accomplishment of Peace in the Middle East,” and suggested that his “Success in the Middle East will help in our negotiation in attaining an end to the War with Russia/Ukraine.”

This is the fArt of the Deal, I guess.

  2. A meeting without Zelensky means nothing…

Trump said… “High Level Advisors” from the United States and Russia would meet next week at an as-yet-undisclosed location, and that he would then meet personally with Putin in Budapest, Hungary, “to see if we can bring this ‘inglorious’ War, between Russia and Ukraine, to an end.”

In other words…Trump will get his marching orders.

This is literally all because Putin complimented Trump about the situation in Israel/Gaza.

  4. MAGA has very strong and inseparable ties with the Kremlin’s regime. They also envision the future international system in the same way. Trump will never really turn against Russia.

There is and always has been Russian collusion.

Guess Ukraine will have to keep bombing Russia’s oil facilities. Winter is coming. Make it hurt in Moscow.

  6. This should be a surprise to nobody. Trump always, always sides with whoever flattered him most recently. Doesn’t matter what he said yesterday, last week, or 5 minutes ago. The last person to get his attention and tell him something he likes wins. Full stop. Anyone who thinks it goes deeper than that is just wasting their time.

Zelenskyy came in, in a nice suit to please Trump because Trump bullied him for wearing combat fatigues in solidarity with his troops last time. He came in and said all the nice things Trump wanted to hear to secure some arms to defend his country.

And it was all for nothing. It was always going to be all for nothing. Putin came around, told Trump what he wanted to hear over the whole Nobel prize thing and the middle ease deal, and dangled a shiny toy in the form of that highway to nowhere he was talking about.

And Trump bit. Trump was always going to bite, because it’s that easy. Zelenskyy’s fate was sealed the minute that it was determined he wouldn’t be the last in Trump’s ear. All the placating of Trump got Zelenskyy absolutely nothing outside of the feeling of being Charlie Brown running to kick that football. All of it negated because Putin whispered sweet nothings in Trump’s ear and distracted him with something shiny.

Yet other world leaders are just lining up to be the next in line to kiss Trump’s ass. 10 years, and absolutely nobody has learned that playing Trump’s games by Trump’s rules will net you exactly nothing, his word is only good until he talks to the next person, and Trump will immediately renege on a deal the nanosecond someone dangles something shiny in front of him or the nanosecond he thinks he can extract more out of you. But our global leaders seem to have collectively decided to play his games by his rules, and wonder why nothing ever changes.

  7. “When asked who chose to hold the meeting in Budapest, […] White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt simply told HuffPost, “Your mom did.””

    What?

  8. Don’t listen to that blow- hard Trump. He’s wrong. Ukraine is strong. Stay strong. Russia invaded and asked for this fight. Now Ukraine is fighting and kicking Russia’s ass. Ukraine is blowing enemy refineries, electricity sub stations and pipe lines. Russia is collapsing. The trains have shut down in Russia. Their largest and most important employer. Refineries can’t make fuel. Long lines of fuel shortages in Moscow. The fight has come home. St. Petersburg refinery was destroyed last week. That’s a big deal. The rich lost their gasoline. Don’t listen to Trump it’s best to tell him to go to hell. Stay strong Ukraine.🇺🇦
Russia won’t make the winter. Bring the fight to them. Don’t give up anything or an inch. Make them crawl back.

  9. Remember when Trump told his papa Putin he was going to make Russia stop and then Putin rode him like JD Vance on a new couch

  10. He just wants a ceasefire so he can continue his “president of peace” narrative. He doesn’t care about anyone else but himself.

  11. When asked who chose to hold the meeting in Budapest, a location with great historical significance to both Russia and Ukraine, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt simply told HuffPost, “Your mom did.”

As if the article couldn’t have gotten any worse, this is how it ends.

Disgusting is too kind a word to use to describe their behaviour.

  12. Ukraine is actively developing their own medium range ground based systems domestically.

Considering what they’ve done with drones I’d think they are going to be successful by the time Trump looses relevance in the negotiations.

  13. It only took a phone call to remind Trump who his master is.

Trump is a coward and Putin is his bully. Putin has all the receipts, and it’s financial, not salacious. Mortgaged to the hilt and with Russian banks the only ones extending credit to a seven time bankrupt grifter, he is owned. His family, his companies, his wife and his entire existence.

None of this is a secret, he’s said himself that they don’t need US banks because they have Russian ones. There is no sex ring of pedophiles, no piss tape and Donald Trump isn’t a Russian spy. He is just a very weak man being used by dangerous people to further an agenda of White Nationalism and authoritarianism.

Marx and Lenin had it right, all they had to do was wait.

  14. Fucking bitch bitching at an actual hero and leader. Putin stooge can’t finish the job after years of grooming him and now he has dementia and everyone around him is trumping him and sending weapons to ukraine. Keep sending till russia and putin collapse

  15. He is deranged. He has lost all sense of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, EU and Nato countries.
