He’ll about shit himself when Colorado votes. It’s done preferentially by mail in, and will be staying that way. You can vote in person if you for whatever reason need or want to (and yes, you can vote early that way too), but most voting is mail in.
Decisions like this are 100% the purview of states. Period.

He’s setting up the argument for election boards to reject outcomes unfavorable to the regime. This gets his base ready to support him when he calls for results to be rejected on these grounds.
Guess he figured out he’d need to have ICE at polling places for a month.
