Alex Jones did this exact thing last year (to less press). I bring this up not to praise Jones (you’ll see why in a moment) or MTG. These people are grifter ghouls and you’re not agreeing with them as much as you think you are.
So Jones said something to the effect of like ‘Israel should be less indiscriminate with their bombing in Gaza…” and people rushed to use him to be like ‘look, even Alex Jones thinks blah blah blah,” but they were only going by the headlines. What he actually said on Infowars was something to the effect of “Israel should be less incriminate with their bombing in Gaza… *because the WEF and the demonic Democrats will import every military-aged male to the US as a refugee, give them guns, and have them patrol polling stations to steal the election.*”
These ghouls do not deserve claps for giving obvious takes for the wrong reasons. This shit always benefits them. They’re always working an angle. Don’t fall for this, they aren’t even fucking trying. You might say you love ice cream, then a Nazi might say they love ice cream… but it’s so good that they don’t want to live in a world where Jewish people can enjoy ice cream, therefore they all have to die. You’re not agree with that person, even if they’re looking in the same direction as you. They’re counting on you not reading past the headline and using their awfulness to make them into clubs against others, which pushes them as better versions of themselves than they’ll ever be.
