Below 30? 30 is the floor for polls on Trump. 30% is the basement, or so I thought. This is something.

And, let’s be honest. The 300 Million price tag is the absolute price floor. It’ll cost at least a billion and likely won’t ever get built.

It’s not a ballroom. Trump is trying to be king, he’s having a ridiculously enormous, gold plated room built. It’s for a throne.

28% is still too many – ‘we love the billionaires!’ – MAGA probably

That’s the low-water mark for *anything* Trump does.
Imagine knowing that 1 in 4 people will support you no matter what you do.
And this is how it’s absolutely a cult.
One example is Trumps dealings with Argentina.
Using the US government to bail out the failing libertarian experiment that is the Argentinian economy (with very little benefit to the US) *WHILE THE US GOVERNMENT IS LITERALLY SHUT DOWN AND SNAP BENEFITS SET TO EXPIRE* (Threatening food scarcity for millions),
While also buying Argentine beef, which directly hurts US beef farmers, and undermines his own tariff policy for a domestic product that we *actually* have…
That’s the opposite of America first. It is one of so many things that are blatantly telling his followers that he doesn’t stand by any of what he says, he’ll do whatever he thinks benefits him and the people he favors. That his only real code of “ethics” is naked self-interest.
Still about 25-30% of Americans will find a way to adore the action, even as the roof over their heads are falling apart, the food on their table is meager, etc.
How the 1/3rd of eligible voters in last years election didn’t see the danger of that and get off their ass to vote this guy out of office is the biggest stain on US politics I’ve ever witnessed. And we may never recover from it.

There’s no shared plan of a kitchen, parking, outdoor space, restroom facilities or even concrete slabs to stage portable facilities – else that would be in the works if this was a real project meant to build a luxury event space.
This isn’t meant to fulfill a diplomatic need, it’s a scam. He’s going to pocket 80% of the funds and build a vast, empty shell.
Nobody want to eat ketchupsteak with Trump anyways.
