  1. Uh, I would hope so

New York City is strongly blue

    VA and NJ voted Harris

    CA is strongly blue

Dems will win on Tuesday, but it doesn’t mean anything since these were all blue states/cities anyways

  2. genuine question I watch both this sub and the conservative sub and they have just bought as many posts saying that Trump is at a record high for approval. How are they generating these consensus? How can we have two different groups who believe completely different things and are so unwilling to communicate with each other that we can’t determine the difference between

The Democrats need to spank the Republican party back to the stone age. It’s going to take some overwhelming numbers to get Republicans in Washington to pay attention to the people.

  4. I’m thinking we should go back to paper ballots. I don’t trust Musk and his satellites one bit.

What a surprise, could it have anything to do with Trump fucking over the economy and sending troops into cities to arrest non white people. Or maybe its the shitty employment numbers.

VA is a purple state with a republican governor. it’s not just the victory it’s the margin that will matter

I am highly skeptical. I believe the Reoublicans have found a way to covertly manioulate results. I really hope I am wrong. Only time will tell.

Enough with the polls post, please make sure you vote by November 4th!

I don’t want a single fuckin person think “oh it’s looking good, I guess I don’t have to go”.

Get your ass up, grab a cup of coffee/tea/monster/whatever and get to the polls.

I understand not *everyone* can make it due to various reasons. However, if you’re gonna sit around for a couple hours at some point and doom scroll on your couch, best to make sure your voice is heard by voting.

  9. Does this take into account all of the GOP redirecting meant to prevent this? I’ve seen to much to assume victory…

    Whoops. Wrong November!

Expect fuckery at every possible turn. I want to believe things will go how we want them to, but I don’t think it’s going to be as straight-forward as we think.

  11. You heard it here folks, you don’t need to vote. It’s already a given that we’ll win.

    /s

  12. Don’t believe this for a second. There was supposed to be a “clean sweep” in numerous elections that Republicans have won since 2016.

  13. Goddamnit, Newsweek. There is zero positive outcome from wording it like that.

Everyone, find some wood to knock on. Preferably an undecided voter’s door.

  14. How anyone could ever cast a vote for a Republican after the last ten years is beyond me. It will never make sense.

  15. More “no need to go vote” prop from owned media. Go vote. Drag your friends out to vote. Drive your neighbor to the poll. Vote even if you think it doesn’t matter.

While 51% wins just as much as 85%, one still is much better.

  16. Last national election was between a rapist/convicted felon who fumbled a pandemic and crashed the economy vs black woman. Don’t make assumptions on who America will vote for, we are dumb enough to surprise you.

When and where have I heard this before.

I’ll believe it when I see it.

Though the better question should be “would the MAGA fascists accept any outcomes of this round of voting?”
