Christian nationalists use the groomer libel as a means of trying to erase and eradicate LGBTQIA+ people off the planet, because their religion says we deserve to die for being “unholy” in their arbitrary views.

Imagine if every single incident of Christian Republicans harming children made national news. A new story could be published or aired every other day. Another arrest, another conviction, more children victimized by the same category of person. A yearly round-up piece could top it off, listing the names and showing the faces of the perpetrators, the number of victims, and a tally of the charges racked up throughout the year.
Would that drive home the point?
I’ve worked with queer circles for ten years, all kinds of advocacy groups.
Only time I saw it from someone queer it was still a “progressive” church covering for him.
It’s almost like sexual orientation has nothing to do with someone being a shitty person.
But positions of authority especially within organizations that actively protect abusers absolutely do attract shitty people.

Why is this not a bigger story?
Speaker of the House, Mike J, is directly responsible for blocking the certification that would spark the vote to release the Epstein Files. So. He is protecting predators over the demands from the American Citizens to release said files.
Edit: with him protecting the files with so much gusto, to the point they are willing to plunge the COUNTRY INTO A PONTENTIAL DEPRESSION, 1 has to start to wonder, is he in there?
