    TLDR:

    * Vice President JD Vance’s half-brother, Republican Cory Bowman, was handily defeated on Tuesday, Nov. 4, in a long-shot bid to become Cincinnati’s mayor.
    * Aftab Pureval, a Democrat, won reelection with more than 78% of the vote, while Bowman received 22%, according to unofficial results from the Hamilton County Board of Elections.
    * Pureval was first elected in November 2021, when he became the first Asian American to hold the position of mayor of Cincinnati. Prior to running for mayor, he worked as an attorney.

This makes me wonder how well JD Vance would perform in an election without Trump.

JD got where he is by telling us how shit he family was. Turns out the nation agrees with him on something.

  4. An endorsement from the administration is a career death sentence

No real American will trust anyone endorsed by the clowns currently in the White House

I feel like there needs to be a new term beyond “landslide” to describe the disparity. Vance’s half brother lost by over 50 points.

  6. Cincinnatian here. A large part of the local hatred for Vance could well be that he creates a traffic lockdown scar across the city every other week when he visits.

I mean, he was never going to win Cincinnati but only getting 22% of the vote was a pretty resounding no at least.

As soon as Trump passes way, his cult dies too. Vance doesn’t have the charisma(?) that tRump send to have over his cult followers

So it’s reported that JD didn’t even cast a ballot in Ohio in that election. So he didn’t come out and support his brother.

  10. Can you imagine voting for Great Value Vance? You couldn’t waterboard that outta me.

  11. No, losing an election by like 20 points is a landslide.

Losing by over 50 points (78-22%) is getting dog-walked. You could fit TWO of his voter turnout numbers in the space between his loss and the winner’s numbers. That’s a shame that should not only drive him out of politics forever, but follow him to the end of his days.

The eyeliner vote did not materialize? And the *ahem* furniture enthusiasts? No? How about the spineless sycophants? Huh?
