As far as I’m concerned, stopping Mike Johnson from saying anything is a great service to the American people…any time, any place.

    TLDR:

    * House Speaker Mike Johnson was publicly interrupted by Pennsylvania Rep. Chrissy Houlahan during a press conference on Wednesday, Nov. 5, as she called on him to help end the government shutdown, which broke a record as the longest in U.S. history earlier that morning.
    * After delivering remarks at a press conference on the Capitol steps, Johnson prepared to take questions from reporters, but was instead accosted by Houlahan, his Democratic colleague, who delivered a heated plea to reopen the government, as seen in footage shared by CNN.
    * Johnson, 53, tried to dismiss the congresswoman at first, telling her, “We’re having a press conference, thank you,” as Houlahan began to reply, “I am part of the American people —” but the House speaker cut her off.

  3. Nearly removed by police for… what?

Johnson isn’t entitled to have a public area quieted so he can conduct anything?

  4. How is one “nearly” removed by police? Being tossed out isn’t subject to gradation. You’re either removed or you aren’t.

  5. Need more of this, make good trouble, don’t let him lie with impunity (like he does every single damn day). Shut him down, shout him down, go ahead and get arrested, MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE FOR THESE FASCISTS!

Media shouldn’t be platforming lies. Either get some guts to ask a real follow up or get the fuck out.

  7. People like Johnson should be called liars outright because he is lying and corrected with fact. This ridiculousness is way too far gone.

  8. Is “I appreciate you” the “Bless your heart” of the House? They sure made it sound like it.

2 million proxy rape victims in Louisiana, denied medical care by Johnson’s depraved cult dogma. Victimized by the state cult. Violated by the state cult. oppressed by the state cult. 15 million victims of turning point usa in Texas deprived medical care by the state cult.

These are theocrats whose actions victimized 17 million women with cult dogma. They are not protected by any natural law. Only cult mandated oppression of women by cult leaders. Johnson and abbott are simply state funded rapists. Never obey depraved cult leaders. Always fight theocracy. Always resist theocratic oppression.

Good for her! These are not normal times, we don’t need to act like it. Don’t let Mike Johnson hide behind decorum… he’s protecting pedophiles while letting children go hungry. It’s amoral. Fuck him.

  11. This is my rep. Nice to see after the shit she pulled voting to censure Al Green for the state of the union.

  12. “I appreciate your input”

    “I appreciate you, too”

The clearest “F you” “F you, too” I have ever seen

Imagine so allergic to criticism that you summon Capitol police over heated feedback. What kind of leader does that?
